The Studiobreaker is a very puristic one channel class A amp. Carefully handcrafted in Germany it offers 14 watts from two 6V6GT pentodes. The clean sound is very direct and full of life - only a handmade tubeamp can sound like this.
And like this means – the amp is reproducing all the characteristics of your playing style and your guitars. There are not many amplifiers on the market sounding this way! Every single guitar and guitar player sounds different on a Bulldog Amp!
If you want to give the sound a more dirty character – no problem – just turn the character switch to the dirt position and you will receive the dirty rock you desired!
If the Gain-Control and the Fat Switch is cranked up you get an overdriven tone which is so dynamic! A big crunch sound is possible. With a good distortion pedal you can increase the overdrive sound. The Studiobreaker really likes good distortion pedals! With its help the SB screams like hell! |

The big brother of the Jack 18 is an 50 Watt Class AB Amplifier which is of course handwired with silver wire.
Caused through the 3Band EQ of the Gain- Channel, the footswitchable Soloboost, the Presence -Control and the great working Tonefilter in the first Channel the main sound possibilities are easy to handle.
With the new push/pull function of the Gain Control you can change the operation mode of the preamp. This allows highgain sound in great quality at low volumes (gainchannel) and you will recieve a more british crunch charakter in the clean channel.
Further more the amp sound is more compressed at the 2. selector position with a still direct tone.

The Studiobreaker 28 is the elder brother of the Studiobreaker 14, of course handwired.
If you want an amp with more headroom for for the clean sound, this amp is your choice!
Or if you love the sound of a tube amp which doesn't work at it's limit, the Studiobreaker 28 is your choice as well. The amp is equipped with two 6l6 tubes.

The miniman got his name because he "only" offered 6Watt out of 6V6GT pentode for its volume. But we are sure that these 6 watt are the "loudest 6 watt" you ever heared! Today you can exchange the 6V6GT with EL34 or 6L6 which allows a power up to 15 Watt. With the new preamp equipped with an EF86 you receive even more dynamics!
Like all Bulldog Amps the Miniman sounds the way your guitar and your playing style does. Every single guitar and guitar player sounds different on a Bulldog Amp! Playing with dynamics is raised to a new level!

Due to the hearable loss at the volume caused through this reverb and the impossibility of the 3 Band EQ we decided to put an enhanced Studiobreaker 14 on the market. After all it became a totally new Ampmodel called “denLachs” (you can translate it with “the salmon”- it’s just a joke made by one of our staffs, who said why called it deluxe, denLachs would be cool)
